Paid Time Off
Start earning PTO from day one. We believe time off should be predictable and earned fairly. That’s why all employees begin accruing paid time off immediately upon hire. After 3 months of employment, you can start using your accrued PTO for approved absences.
Paid Holidays
Enjoy paid company holidays after 6 months of employment. We believe in giving our team time to celebrate, rest, and spend meaningful moments with family. After 6 months of continuous employment, team members become eligible for paid company holidays.
Retirement Savings
Helping our team build long‑term financial security, we participate in the Delaware EARNS program — the state’s official retirement savings initiative designed to make it easy for workers to save for the future. Through this program, our employees can contribute to a personal IRA directly from their paycheck giving you access to a no cost, flexible, account backed and managed by the State of Delaware.
